Straight answer
Camera / webcam bubble screen recorder
Lumen is a camera bubble (webcam bubble) screen recorder for Windows, Linux and macOS - face overlay plus automatic zooms that follow your cursor.
Details
Lumen’s webcam / camera bubble keeps your face in frame while the screen recording zooms on clicks and cursor movement - the combo people associate with polished product demos and Screen Studio-style exports.
The bubble and zooms process locally on your machine. Same app on Windows 10/11, Linux x86_64 and macOS; about 350 MB to install with one command.
Turn the bubble on when you start a recording, stop with Ctrl+Shift+2 (⌘⇧2 on Mac), then export a shareable MP4. Premium from $9/month early bird.
